Rebekah has taught workshops and conducted seminars with an emphasis on relaxation, breathing and stress relief in Hawaii, Taos, and in the Oxford area for the last 35 years. Her intention is to help people have more energy, deeper relaxation and a healthy acknowledgement of the body's limitations.

Her guided imagery CD's are available as a resource for people experiencing sleeplessness, pain or illness. The accompanying illustrations of yoga poses inspire, remind and renew a yoga practice.

Known for a gentle way with words and use of props, such as a chair or desk, she believes that we are all beginners and have injuries or limitations that we must work around.

It is so simple. But it isn't easy. Letting go of our tension is one of the hardest lessons yoga has to teach.

Rebekah is sharing the secrets that the yogis have known for 2000 years for balance and well being, truly a well beginning.
