July 2021 2nd Friday.

Join us on July 9th for an outdoor garden party and concert! At 6:30 pm, we'll kick the event off with yard games (cornhole, badminton and more!), popcorn, and cotton candy. Then, at 7:30 pm, The Mackey Brothers will perform in our Outdoor Pavilion.

The Mackey Brothers Band plays hard-rockin' blues in the style of the great guitar “gunslingers” of the 60s and 70s. Brothers Tom and Dave fell in love with the sounds of The Beatles, Cream, Jimi Hendrix, and The Allman Brothers while jamming in their basement in Oxford Ohio. Separated when Tom moved to the San Francisco Bay Area, the Mackey Brothers reunite in 2021 to rock out righteously!

August 2021 2nd Friday

Join us on August 13th for a gallery opening and outdoor concert! At 6 pm, we'll celebrate the opening of our Peace & Quiet Juried Exhibit. At 7:30 pm, we'll move to the Outdoor Pavilion for a concert from The Jericho Old Time Band.

The Jericho Old Time Band is an old-time string band based in Oxford, Ohio. Its members are Warren & Judy Waldron, Amy Cogan Clay, and Dale Farmer. Jericho brings a lot of fun to the stage performing old-time Appalachian string music. And sometimes, Amy can’t help but put her banjo down to do some traditional flat-foot dancing to the driving fiddle and guitar!

The Cincinnati Shakespeare Company Presents: Romeo and Juliet

Join us at 7 PM on August 24 for Shakespeare in the park! A performance of Romeo and Juliet by the Cincinnati Shakespeare Company will be held in the Outdoor Pavilion at the OCAC. Free, all-ages event.

About the show: One of the most beloved romantic tragedies in Shakespeare’s canon, Romeo and Juliet is the tale of Bard’s star-crossed lovers. Romeo and Juliet fall instantly in love only to discover they come from feuding families. In defiance of their families, amidst the animosity of friends and in concealment from their mentors, a young couple risk everything to be together. CSC is proud to present “Romeo and Juliet” and prove its continued relevance in the lives of young and old alike, throughout the ages.

This event is co-sponsored by our community partner Enjoy Oxford.
