The third floor of the OCAC houses 30 studios rented by local artists, writers, and musicians. Originally dorm rooms, the studios average approximately 150 square feet with 1 or 2 closets for storage. Artists renting the studios may decorate or finish their studios at their own expense.
To rent space at OCAC, artists must agree to open their studios for tours and other events and participate in Arts Center activities.
