Oxford Community Arts Center Staff

The Oxford Community Art Center is led by a small staff that strives to preserve and maintain our beautiful historic building and grounds—and to bring arts programming to Oxford and the surrounding area. Together, they work to ensure OCAC’s ability to serve future generations of artists, performers, audiences, and visitors.

Heidi E. Schiller
Executive Director
Since January 2021

Heidi leads the Oxford Community Arts Center with a blend of visionary thinking and practical problem-solving. She works with staff, artists, and community partners to keep the building lively, the programs inspiring, and the organization moving forward.

In addition to serving as primary staff liaison to the Executive, Finance, and Policy committees, Heidi also supports the work of the Facilities, Gala, and Program committees.

Donna Stevens
Facilities Coordinator
Since January 2005

Donna keeps the Oxford Community Arts Center humming day to day. She manages the building, helps renters bring their events to life, supports our Resident Artists, and provides logistics for the programs and classes that fill our spaces with energy. From weddings and performances to exhibitions and community gatherings, Donna makes sure it all runs smoothly.

Donna is the primary staff liaison for the Art Exhibitions committee and supports the work of the Facilities, Gala Planning, and Program committees.

Bonnie Kretschmer
Office Manager
Since March 2017 

Bonnie is the first stop for keeping OCAC organized and on track. She manages the office, keeps the books balanced, and makes sure registrations, contracts, and records are handled with care. From art sales to donor records, she’s the behind-the-scenes detail person who helps everything run smoothly.

Bonnie also supports the Art Exhibitions committee.

Arts Program Coordinator
Open Position

The Arts Program Coordinator (PT) ensures OCAC’s classes and workshops inspire creativity from start to finish. They work with instructors and keep programs running smoothly, whether it’s a single-day workshop or a season-long class. They also help evaluate programs to keep them fresh and engaging.

The Arts Program Coordinator also supports the work of the Program Committee.

Our Heartfelt Thanks:  Caroline Lehman Croswell served as the Oxford Community Arts Center's first Executive Director from December 2006 to October 2020. Under her guidance and vision, OCAC bloomed from an idea into a strong community organization. She leaves OCAC with a solid foundation from which to adapt and evolve. We thank her for 14 years of dedication and hard work and wish her well in retirement!
