Scholarship Application

Funded by the generous support of the Kiwanis Club of Oxford, limited need-based scholarships are available for participants in child/youth classes.

In general, the OCAC follows the guidelines for Free-and-Reduced Meals from the Talawanda School District. However, individual circumstances are always taken into consideration.

1. Please answer all questions completely and to the best of your knowledge. An incomplete application will not be reviewed.
2. Allow 10 business days for the application to be processed.
3. Scholarship Application award or denial will be sent to the Head of Household email address.

The submittal of this form - I certify that the submitted information is true and correct and that all household income is reported. I will notify the Oxford Community Arts Center of any changes in income or family size.
