THANK YOU for your interest as an arts & crafts vendor for Ox Chalks the Walks. Please complete the entire vendor form with as much detail as possible. ALL BOOTH SPACES ARE OUTDOORS.

Fill out the form below if you're interested in being a Vendor. Once your form is received and approved, our staff will reach out to you regarding the $10 space fee. Vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Space is limited to 10'x10'.

Please Note that booth space will be limited to Arts & Crafts vendors only. The OCAC will not accept applications for organizational promotions, political groups, or re-sell vendors.

Oxford Community Arts Center reserves the right to refuse any application.

Check-In / Setup is Saturday, August 9, from 9am-10:30am. The OCAC parking lot will be open during this time for unloading, but you must move to street parking by 10:30am. (PLEASE NOTE: Walnut Street will be closed from the OCAC parking entrance to Elm Street and No Parking Signs will be posted along the OCAC side of Elm Street, from Walnut Street to High Street.) Festival hours are 11am-3pm. We ask you to have your booth open and ready at those times. Please do not tear down early. Do you agree to FESTIVAL HOURS. *

Space Specifics: As a vendor, you are responsible for all of your own tables and chairs. OCAC will NOT supply electricity. Because this event is outside in our west gardens, we HIGHLY encourage you bring your own 10x10 tent. Please check below that you have read and understand the SPACE SPECIFICS. *

Cancellation Policy: The $10 Vendor Fee is NONREFUNDABLE. In the event of bad weather, Ox Chalks the Walk will be canceled. OCAC staff will make that determination no later than Noon on Friday prior to the event. All fees will be refunded in FULL. PLEASE NOTE: A light rain is not a reason to cancel as that actually can help chalking. Please check below that you have read and understand the CANCELLATION POLICY. *
